BMD was founded as a Cost Containment Company. The primary focus of Cost Containment is Utilization Review. Our Utilization review department is comprised of three key components.
First is our dedicated physicians. We have a variety of specialty trained physicians to provide advisor services and exams. Our physicians provide the highest quality, no matter the type of service.
The second key component is our quality assurance team. These staff members are responsible for ensuring that any and all administrative points are met. They also ensure that each report is of the expected quality for which BMD is proudly known for.
The third, final and most important component is research. We have a small team dedicated to researching the most current data and literature. These individuals help to maintain the most current standards so that our physician advisors have the latest information in not only their specialty, but changes in medical standards in general.
